To apply for membership, please contact front desk staff. For membership, you will need:

-         Residential address proof (driver’s license/passport/election card etc.)

-         2 passport size recent photographs for identity card

Alternatively please drop us a mail at library@rotaryrajkotmidtown.org & our friendly customer service executive will fix an appointment with you. On request they can collect fees & other necessary document from your address (only for household situated in nearby areas).
